We collect only data strictly necessary for the purposes described below: • Contact form: name, email address, subject and content of the message. • Language preference: a technical cookie stores your preferred language (FR/EN). The legal basis for the processing is legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of GDPR): allowing our establishment to respond to people who contact us. Retention period
Data collected via the contact form is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last exchange, unless you request earlier deletion. After that, it is permanently deleted. Technical cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months.
