Since 2020, Berchoux has operated as a flexitarian, anti-waste restaurant: we cook what the market offers in the morning, and unsold produce becomes the dish of the day rather than being thrown away. Our menu therefore changes with the seasons, which you can follow live on our Instagram. Your family meal is part of this same approach, with homemade cooking mindful of quality as much as of waste.
This commitment continues through concrete everyday gestures: less packaging thanks to our reusable tubs, a one-euro book library and speciality bread supplied by Bun's Bakery.
