Julie Berchoux spent thirty years in Michelin-starred kitchens, alongside houses such as Robuchon, Ducasse, Taillevent and Fauchon, before opening her Montmartre canteen.
That rigour is what she puts into every private family meal: the same respect for produce as in fine dining, at the service of a simple, sincere moment where every generation truly feasts.
