Thirty years of stars at your table
Julie Berchoux spent thirty years in Michelin-starred kitchens, alongside houses such as Robuchon, Ducasse, Taillevent and Fauchon, before opening her Montmartre canteen.
That rigour is what she now brings to every private hire: the same respect for produce as in fine dining, at the service of an event that's simple, warm and well made.
