Market-led cooking
We cook what the morning market offers and turn unsold produce into the dish of the day. What reaches your event was planned, never overproduced.
Cocktails, seminars, private receptions — homemade, market-led, zero waste, plated wherever your event takes place.
We cook your event like a lunch service: entirely by hand.

Berchoux extends its anti-waste canteen in the 18th all the way to your reception. Every dish starts at the morning market and is prepared by hand in our Montmartre restaurant, then plated on your table.
You give us the date, the headcount and the venue; we build a seasonal spread, generous and free of overproduction. The rest is on us.
One event = one bespoke menu, never a fixed catalogue.
Every occasion has its format: the cocktail keeps guests standing and mobile, the buffet is shared, the seminar spans the day, the meal tray anchors a meeting. We settle it all in advance with you — headcount, timing, access and service — so the big day runs smoothly.

Our menu follows the seasons: vegetables at the front, meat and fish as a side, and fully vegetarian options so everyone finds their plate, with no compromise on taste.
We work with living produce rather than a menu frozen all year. Your guests eat genuinely well — not just photogenic.

Julie Berchoux spent thirty years in Michelin-starred kitchens, alongside houses such as Robuchon, Ducasse, Taillevent and Fauchon, before opening her Montmartre canteen.
That craft is what composes your events: cooking that is demanding on produce yet generous on the plate and easy to share.
“Luxury is the produce — not the showing off.”
We operate within roughly 5 km of our restaurant in the 18th: offices, a private room, an unusual venue or a home. We adapt the service to your space and your headcount.
Across Paris and the near suburbs, within roughly 5 km of our restaurant in the 18th arrondissement, in Montmartre. Paris 9, Pigalle, Batignolles, Clichy and Saint-Ouen are part of our usual area.
Cocktails and afterworks, seminars and team days, private receptions, birthdays, weddings, product launches or openings. We build the format — dinner cocktail, buffet, meal trays or seated service — together with you.
Since we cook from the morning market, it's best to contact us a few days ahead to lock in the date, the headcount and the menu. For larger events, allow more lead time.
Yes. Our cooking is flexitarian by nature: seasonal vegetables at the front, meat and fish as a side. We're happy to build a fully vegetarian service for your event.
We cook what the market offers, turn unsold produce into the dish of the day and keep packaging to a minimum, with no overproduction or needless disposable trays.
Carry on with our other services, all prepared in the same Montmartre kitchen.
