Buffetcateringin Paris

The idea
A Paris buffet, our Montmartre kitchen
Berchoux extends its anti-waste canteen in the 18th all the way to your event. We set out a generous buffet built from the morning market, where everyone builds their own plate.
Team lunch, launch, birthday or family gathering: you give us the date, the headcount and the venue, and we compose the buffet from seasonal produce.
Buffet or grazing cocktail
Choosing the right format for your event
Torn between a convivial buffet and a standing grazing cocktail? Both are composed in the same market-led kitchen, homemade and mindful of waste. Here is what we weigh with you before deciding.
The right format
A buffet suits convivial lunches where guests help themselves; a grazing cocktail relies on small sharing bites and keeps everyone standing and moving.
The anti-waste approach
We cook what the market offers in the morning and turn unsold produce into the dish of the day. Reduced packaging, our tupperware and specialty bread from Bun's Bakery.
Genuinely homemade
Every dish is prepared at the restaurant, drawing on Julie Berchoux's thirty years in Michelin-starred kitchens. No industrial recipe, no reheated catering.
Venue and logistics
Offices, meeting room or a private venue: we adapt the buffet to your headcount and your space, across Paris and the near suburbs.
Anti-waste to the table
Market-led cooking
We cook the morning's produce and turn unsold food into the dish of the day rather than binning it. What reaches your buffet was planned, not overproduced.
Genuinely homemade
Every dish is prepared at the restaurant, by hand, with no industrial recipe and no reheated dish — the same cooking we serve in Montmartre.
Reduced packaging
Limited containers, our tupperware and specialty bread from Bun's Bakery: the zero-waste logic carries through to your table.
The chef
Thirty years of stars, in buffet form
Julie Berchoux spent thirty years in Michelin-starred kitchens, alongside houses such as Robuchon, Ducasse, Taillevent and Fauchon, before opening her Montmartre canteen.
That craft is what composes your buffets: generous, flexitarian cooking, demanding on produce yet easy on the plate.

Delivery area

We work within roughly 5 km of our restaurant in the 18th. Offices, meeting room or a private venue: we adapt the buffet to your space and your headcount.
Frequently asked questions
Where do you deliver your buffet catering?
Across Paris and the near suburbs, within roughly 5 km of our restaurant in the 18th arrondissement, in Montmartre. Paris 9, Pigalle, Batignolles, Clichy and Saint-Ouen are within our usual area.
Buffet or grazing cocktail: what's the difference?
A buffet suits convivial lunches where guests help themselves, while a grazing cocktail relies on small sharing bites that keep guests standing and moving. We compose both in the same kitchen.
How far in advance should I order?
Since we cook from the morning market, it is best to reach out a few days ahead to lock in the date, the headcount and the buffet. For larger events, allow more lead time.
Do you offer vegetarian and flexitarian options?
Yes. Our cooking is flexitarian by nature: seasonal vegetables at the front, meat and fish as a side. We are happy to compose an entirely vegetarian buffet.
What makes your buffet anti-waste?
We cook what the market offers, turn unsold produce into the dish of the day and keep packaging to a minimum, with no overproduction or needless disposable trays.
