The idea

Eat well at lunch, without counting

Lunch should never be a compromise. At Berchoux, the midday set lunch keeps its promise: a hearty plate, cooked on site that very morning, at a price that leaves you smiling all afternoon.

People drop by as neighbours, on a lunch break, or between two walks around Montmartre. Quick when it needs to be, always well made — the neighbourhood's chic canteen, lunchtime edition.

What the set lunch includes

A simple, generous set lunch, built to eat well quickly and properly.

01

A dish that changes daily

The daily special on the chalkboard, plated to order and different at every service, following the market and the seasons.

02

A homemade treat

Depending on the day, a seasonal starter or a slice of dessert made on site — the carrot cake heading the bill.

03

Eat in or take away

The same care whether you sit down for a quiet lunch or dash off with your meal under your arm.

On the plate

What we serve at lunch

A short menu that turns with the seasons, homemade from starter to dessert.

01

Bowls & starters

Composed bowls, roasted vegetables, pulses and good seeds: a light start that's never dull.

02

Daily specials

A plant-based dish and one with meat or fish every day, plated to order following the chalkboard.

03

Sandwiches & toasts

Characterful breads, honest fillings and homemade sauces: lunch on the go, chic-canteen style.

04

Homemade desserts

The carrot cake made on site, plus seasonal treats that change with our cravings.

The kitchen

Homemade, every morning

Everything starts with fresh produce prepped at dawn. No vacuum-packed dishes, no shortcuts: we cook on site, like at home, but with the rigour of a brigade.

That standard is exactly what makes the set lunch possible: fair, generous plates, without ever cutting back on flavour or freshness.

The menu

Short, honest, seasonal

The menu stays deliberately short: it changes with the market, is written on the chalkboard and reads at a glance. You know where what you eat comes from, and why it's there.

Vegetarian, allergies, a craving of the day: tell us when you order and we'll gladly adapt. Lunch should stay simple, even when the cooking isn't.
