An anti-waste restaurant committed in the 18th district

Anti-waste is not a marketing slogan at Berchoux, it is the way we have cooked since 2020. Every morning the chef builds the menu around what the market offers, and produce not used in service goes into the dish of the day rather than the bin.

This commitment continues in the dining room, with a discount for guests who bring their own tupperware, a specialty bread by Bun's Bakery and a small €1 book library. Eating in our Paris 18 restaurant means supporting a responsible, local approach.

Chef Julie Berchoux's flexitarian cuisine

Before opening her table in Montmartre, Julie Berchoux spent thirty years in Michelin-starred kitchens alongside houses such as Robuchon, Ducasse, Taillevent and Fauchon. She now puts that rigour at the service of homemade, generous and unpretentious cooking.

Here flexitarian means pleasure: plates where vegetables take the lead, completed with meat or fish as you wish, and a signature carrot cake that has become world famous among guests and the English-speaking press alike. It is a table you experience as much as you taste, right in the 18th.
