Our everyday anti-waste commitment in Paris

Since 2020, Berchoux has operated as a flexitarian, anti-waste restaurant. Each morning we cook with what the market offers, and the previous day's unsold produce becomes the dish of the day rather than being thrown away. This is what keeps our menu changing with the seasons and the deliveries, a logic you can follow live on our Instagram account.

This commitment continues through concrete everyday gestures: less packaging thanks to our reusable tubs, a one-euro book library and speciality bread supplied by Bun's Bakery. Choosing our anti-waste restaurant in Paris means supporting a neighbourhood table that thinks as much about what it cooks as about how it limits its waste.

Homemade cooking led by a Michelin-trained chef

Behind the stove, chef Julie Berchoux brings thirty years spent in Michelin-starred kitchens, alongside houses such as Robuchon, Ducasse, Taillevent and Fauchon, to simple and generous dishes. That know-how shows in every plate, from the daily menu to our signature carrot cake, recognised well beyond the neighbourhood on Google, TripAdvisor and in the English-language press.

Our flexitarian cooking remains, above all, affordable: a €15 lunch menu, homemade sandwiches at €12 and house-made sweets from €5 to €7. You can also enjoy our cooking as takeaway, with preparations from €4. A simple way to eat homemade and anti-waste, whether you dine in or take your meal with you.
